Job Overview:

We are hiring a proactive Network Support Engineer (L2) to support international clients. This role prioritizes exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills to manage real-time monitoring and triaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Triaging: Act as the primary point of contact for L2 troubleshooting, ticketing, and incident management.
• Monitoring: Utilize tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix to ensure network health.
• Technical Support: Manage basic configurations and troubleshooting for Juniper/Cisco switches and Enterprise Wi-Fi (Juniper Mist).

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in network support.
• Communication: Advanced English proficiency (70% of the role is communication-focused).
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Switching, Routing, and VPNs.
• Client Management: Proven experience supporting international clients.

Soft Skills:

• Passionate, proactive, and with a welcoming attitude.
