AI Visual Generative Prompt Engineer

We’re hiring an AI Visual Generative Prompt Designer in Karachi.

At The Needs — A Group of Companies, we’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into impactful visuals using AI. If you enjoy working with creative direction that isn’t always fully defined—and shaping it into something clear and compelling—this role is for you.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 65,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What you’ll do:

• Transform rough ideas into polished visual outputs using AI tools
• Write and refine prompts to achieve high-quality results
• Experiment with composition, lighting, style, and detail
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams
• Continuously improve outputs until they meet the intended vision

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion,Nano Banana or similar
• Strong sense of visual design (composition, color, detail)
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving
• Willingness to experiment and iterate
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Bonus points if you have:

• Understanding of branding and visual identity
• A portfolio (professional or personal work)
• Ability to explain your creative process
