Job Description
Manage and support Microsoft Windows Server environment (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies)
Handle user account management, access control, and system administration tasks
Support and maintain network infrastructure including switches, LAN/WAN connectivity, and basic configurations
Assist in firewall administration including user access, VPN setup, basic security policies, and monitoring
Support virtualization environment (VMware / Hyper-V) for routine operations and monitoring
Assist in server hardware monitoring and management (iLO or similar tools)
Perform routine backup operations and monitor backup jobs to ensure data protection
Assist in basic backup restoration activities when required
Support access control systems and CCTV operations
Assist in IP PBX system administration and telephony support
Provide day-to-day IT support to end users including software installation, troubleshooting, and system setup
Provide remote support to users when required
Maintain IT asset inventory and system documentation
Coordinate with external vendors for routine support and maintenance activities
Monitor systems and assist in ensuring smooth IT operations
Support implementation of IT policies and procedures
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems and network support
Good knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
Experience with switches, firewall administration, and end-user support
Basic understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
Familiarity with server management tools (iLO / iDRAC or similar)
Basic understanding of backup concepts and monitoring
Basic understanding of access control, CCTV, and PBX systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle routine IT operations
