The Role Reporting directly to the Process Development and Planning Manager, you will be the backbone of our remote operations. Your primary focus will be supporting the rollout of our internal ERP system, managing departmental email communications, and assisting in data-driven performance tracking through advanced Excel reporting. If you are analytical, tech-savvy, and experienced in leveraging AI to optimize processes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Execution: Carry out daily engineering and administrative tasks assigned by the Process Development and Planning Manager.
  • Departmental Email Management: Monitor and manage the department's shared email traffic. Respond to customer inquiries and supplier communications regarding technical specifications and operational updates accurately and professionally.
  • AI-Powered Productivity: Utilize provided AI tools (Google Gemini) effectively to optimize technical writing, format data, and streamline daily communication workflows.
  • ERP System Support: Perform rigorous data entry, quality assurance (QA), and system testing for our custom-built ERP program to ensure data integrity across the manufacturing pipeline.
  • Performance Tracking & Dashboards: Analyze quantitative data from the production floor to track operator efficiency and machine performance (KPIs/OEE). Design and maintain dynamic visual dashboards for management.
  • Process Documentation: Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on remote data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in process development, operations, or data analysis roles.
  • Fluency in English (Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing departmental correspondence).
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills: High proficiency in creating dynamic dashboards, using Pivot Tables, and utilizing advanced functions (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) for data validation and KPI reporting.
  • AI Proficiency: Proven experience and competence in using Generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT) for professional tasks, problem-solving, and efficient data processing. You should know how to craft effective prompts.
  • Ability to strictly align working hours with Turkey Standard Time (TRT).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power Query or macros for automating Excel reports.
  • Familiarity with ERP structures and data migration.
