AI Engineer

This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who thrives in ambiguity, stays on the pulse of the latest AI developments, and is excited to shape how agentic AI systems are built and deployed in the real world.

You won’t just contribute—you’ll define, build, and scale systems end-to-end.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and ship AI products from zero to production—fast
• Own systems end-to-end: architecture, performance, scalability, and user experience
• Work with cutting-edge AI (LLMs, agents, RAG, automation frameworks) to solve real-world problems
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate—balancing speed with quality
• Develop scalable, cost-efficient solutions for production environments
• Build high-quality, intuitive UIs that make complex AI systems usable
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI tools, frameworks, and paradigms—and apply them pragmatically
• Influence product and technical direction through strong judgment and clear communication

What We’re Looking For:

• A builder mindset with a strong track record of shipping and scaling products quickly
• Deep curiosity and a habit of exploring new AI tools, models, and systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, and modern AI stacks
• Strong system design instincts, with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency
• Ability to operate autonomously with high ownership and accountability
• Entrepreneurial mindset—motivated by impact, not just execution
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
• Collaborative by nature, but equally effective working independently
