Senior Closers (Final Expense)

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and high-performing Final Expense Closers to join our team based in Soan Garden, Islamabad. This role is perfect for sales professionals who have a strong ability to convert leads into successful sales outcomes. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 250,000, complemented by performance-based commissions. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting, as this is an in-person role with appointments beginning from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales deals efficiently by converting leads into confirmed appointments and finalized contracts.
- Use excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage potential clients and address their specific needs.
- Maintain a results-driven approach to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage client interactions professionally to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up processes.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in closing sales deals, preferably within final expense or related insurance sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate within Islamabad prior to employment.
- Familiarity with the Rawalpindi/Islamabad market is preferred.
