Job Description

CEOs World Twelve is seeking a dedicated Product Owner with a minimum of four years of experience to lead product development initiatives effectively. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing the product backlog, ensuring that the development team works on the highest value items, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver a product that meets customer needs and company goals. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires strong coordination skills and the ability to drive product vision across multiple teams. The Product Owner translates business requirements into actionable user stories and prioritizes them based on strategic value and customer impact. This role involves continuous engagement with stakeholders to refine product features, gather feedback, and adjust the backlog accordingly. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain alignment between business objectives and development outcomes, fostering a productive and agile environment within the organization.
Responsibilities
 

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews.
• Continuously refine and update the product backlog based on feedback, market trends, and changing priorities.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure transparency and shared understanding of the product vision.
• Monitor product development progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Ensure that product releases meet the quality standards and contribute to the companys strategic goals.
