Job Description

Kinara Hotel Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair work throughout the hotel premises. This role requires a minimum of two years of practical experience and the ability to work independently with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. The Electrician will lead a team of seven members, coordinating tasks to ensure efficient and effective electrical system operations that support seamless hotel functionality. The Electrician will conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, diagnose and resolve faults, and maintain various electrical infrastructure components including wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, and circuit breakers. The position demands a hands-on approach, a solid understanding of electrical safety protocols, and the ability to work flexible hours, including shifts during weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the hotel.

Responsibilities
 

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, lighting systems, switches, sockets, and circuit breakers efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and service electrical panels, distribution boards, and related electrical infrastructure to uphold safety and functionality.
• Respond promptly and effectively to electrical breakdowns and maintenance requests within the hotel premises.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety procedures and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate activities and oversee a team of seven electricians to achieve timely and high-quality completion of maintenance tasks.
• Manage proper use, maintenance, and storage of electrical tools and equipment, reporting major issues promptly to supervisors.
• Support the Maintenance Department to ensure smooth and uninterrupted hotel operations by maintaining dependable electrical systems.
• Adapt to shift work and variable schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operational demands.
• Maintain documentation and records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections carried out to assist in regulatory compliance and future planning.
