People Perfect (Pvt) Ltd is looking for Security Guard and play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of the premises. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any emergencies or security incidents. Your ability to maintain professional conduct and coordinate effectively with reception and management will ensure a secure environment for both employees and visitors. This position requires a strong commitment to discipline and adherence to uniform standards, reflecting the professionalism of the company. As a Security Guard, you will use your experience to detect and prevent suspicious activities by employing surveillance monitoring and patrolling techniques. You will maintain detailed daily security activity reports and assist visitors by providing guidance and support. Your role is essential in creating a safe workplace by acting quickly during emergencies and managing conflict situations with calm and clear decision-making. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of security experience, a matric qualification, and the physical fitness to perform patrols and other duties efficiently.

Responsibilities
 

• Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment continuously to detect any irregularities or security breaches.
• Conduct regular patrols around the premises to ensure all areas are secure and free from hazards or unauthorized activities.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including alarms, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Maintain daily security activity reports accurately documenting observations, incidents, and actions taken during shifts.
• Coordinate closely with reception and management teams to communicate security issues and updates in a timely manner.
• Enforce company policies related to security, access control, and visitor management to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist and guide visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their safety and compliance with company protocols.
• Maintain proper uniform and personal discipline at all times, demonstrating professionalism and adherence to company standards.
• Resolve conflicts carefully using conflict resolution techniques, de-escalating situations with tact and authority.
• Perform physical security tasks that require good physical fitness, such as rapid responses and extensive patrolling.
• Report any maintenance issues or potential security vulnerabilities to the appropriate departments promptly.
