We Are Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Fixed Shift | On-Site

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will manage post-sale communication with existing US-based clients. You will assist customers with onboarding queries, complete questionnaires, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up communications with existing US clients

• Address post-sale customer queries efficiently

• Complete service questionnaires and maintain clear interaction logs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 / month

• Attendance Allowance: PKR 3,000 / month

• Performance Incentive: PKR 5,000 – 15,000 / month (post-training)

• Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) & 15 days paid annual leave

• Schedule: Fixed 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift (No rotations)

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• High school diploma or university students pursuing ongoing education

• Solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

• Commitment to a full-time, long-term on-site role

ABS International, Office # C-215, Block 14, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (100% On-Site).
