About the Role:

PsychPlus is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, be able to manage schedules efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless scheduling and communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Handle inbound patient calls professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve scheduling processes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in US healthcare scheduling.
• Experience handling inbound patient calls with professionalism.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
