Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Employment Type: Full-time, rotational shift

Work Schedule: Thursday –Tuesday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST (5 Day Work Week)

Compensation: Starting Base Salary: PKR 200,000/month

Scope of the Role

This is fundamentally a hunter role, not a help-desk role. Once you've learned current buy/sell market pricing for phones, laptops, and accessories, your main job is to proactively reach out to prospective clients — not just wait for messages to come in — to source deals and close sales. You'll also keep the supporting operations (ads, scheduling, inventory) running smoothly. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career here, not pass through.

1. Proactive Sales Outreach (Core Responsibility)

• Learn and stay current on market buy/sell prices for phones, laptops, and accessories.
• Proactively contact prospective buyers and sellers to generate and close deals — outreach, not just inbound response, is the main driver of this role.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to protect margins on both purchases and sales.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of repeat clients and referral sources for long-term growth.

2. Customer Communication

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries across online platforms.
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information with a customer-first approach.

3. Online Advertisement Management

• Create, post, and manage ads on Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji.
• Monitor ad performance and repost on a schedule to maximize reach and engagement.

4. Appointment & Pickup Coordination

• Schedule and confirm appointments for viewings, pickups, and transactions.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth, timely pickups and deliveries.

5. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records; track inflows and outflows.
• Prepare regular inventory status reports.

6. Administrative Support

• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to workflow improvements as needed.

Job Specifications

• Hunter mentality — proactive and comfortable initiating contact and pursuing leads, not just responding to them.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
