Sales Agent

Mars BPO is looking for experienced and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and a target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote company services and close sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or sales role
• Strong English communication skills (spoken)
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
