Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven  Sales Manager to generate new business, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth within the textile and garments industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular market visits, executing direct marketing activities, acquiring new clients, managing product sampling, and converting sales opportunities into long-term business relationships. This role requires strong field-sales capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the textile and garments sector to achieve revenue goals.
• Execute direct marketing initiatives to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
• Manage and nurture key customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships.
• Analyze sales performance metrics regularly to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and forecast sales projections accurately.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and promotional efforts with sales targets.
• Identify potential new markets and develop strategies to enter those markets effectively.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and generate leads.
