Sales Specialist

Allied Tech Global is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our team and drive front-end sales of E-Books. This role requires an individual with at least one year of experience, skilled in customer relationship management, lead generation, and sales negotiation. The Sales Specialist will work primarily during the night shift, from 9 PM to 6 AM, based at our Gulistan e Jauhar, Karachi location. This position focuses on engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our E-Book offerings to support the company's sales growth. The ideal candidate excels in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, proactively identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. This role does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes. The Sales Specialist must demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a nighttime working schedule while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
 

• Engage with potential customers to promote E-Book products and services.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Identify and generate new sales leads through various outreach methods.
• Conduct sales negotiations to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to align sales strategies and address customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitors to effectively position the companys offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.
• Adapt to the night shift schedule while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
