SJ Official is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires a professional who excels at effective communication and problem-solving to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, particularly in call centers or similar environments. You will be responsible for managing a small team of two persons, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, addressing their needs and resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism. You will also oversee the workflow of your team, guiding them to uphold company policies and deliver consistent service quality. This position demands patience, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations to improve customer experiences continuously

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, determining causes, selecting solutions, and implementing them effectively.
  • Manage and support a team of two team members, providing training, supervision, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to deliver consistent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and supports professional growth.
