Atvasoft is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating and managing high-quality leads, and building long-term client relationships within the software development and IT industry. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the market, solid negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with international clients. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires the candidate to work independently, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to successfully close projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding Atvasoft's client base by leveraging business networking platforms, conducting market research, and utilizing customer relationship management software. You will play a key role in shaping the companys growth strategies by applying your expertise in sales strategy and pipeline management while continually identifying and pursuing new partnerships. Responsibilities
 

  • Generate and manage quality leads through various channels, including business networking platforms and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with international clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships by conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and project management to ensure successful closure of business deals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Stay current with industry developments and competitors to continually optimize business development tactics.
  • Participate actively in business networking events and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate new connections.
  • Work independently to manage the sales pipeline, prioritize prospects, and follow up on leads promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotion strategies with business development efforts, maximizing outreach effectiveness.
