Ugo Holiday is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team specializing in travel and tourism services. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in sales within the travel or tourism industry and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. This role involves generating leads, managing customer relationships, and forecasting sales to meet company goals. The Sales Executive will manage a team of three members, guiding and coordinating efforts to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of visa processing and international travel packages is considered an advantage, helping to deliver tailored solutions to clients with confidence and professionalism. This position requires a focus on detail, adaptability, and a passion for travel services to drive business growth effectively.
Responsibilities
 

  • Generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Manage a small team of three sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the travel and tourism sector.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, prepare sales forecasts, and report progress to senior management.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, visa processing requirements, and international travel package offerings to position Ugo Holiday competitively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations throughout all sales activities.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes based on market feedback and team input.
