Job Description

· Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Insurance products

· Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently

· Provide accurate information regarding services and policies

· Record customer interactions and feedback accurately

· Meet assigned quality and performance standards

Job Requirements

· Minimum Intermediate - Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Professional and customer-focused attitude

· Relevant Sales / Telemarketing / Customer Service Experience (preferably from financial or insurance industry)

Job Specifications

· Full-time on-site role

· Location: Karachi

· 6 Days/Week, with fixed Morning Shift
