As we continue expanding our US Operations Division, we are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is not a cold-calling position.

You will interact with warm leads and existing US-based customers who are already familiar with our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and convert opportunities into successful sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every interaction.

Experience

Previous experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Call Center operations is preferred but not mandatory. We also encourage talented fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn to apply.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Fixed Shifts (No Rotations):

• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000
• Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential
• PKR 3,000 monthly punctuality bonus
