Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Operations Analyst to support business performance tracking, P&L analysis, cross-department coordination, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with numbers, analyzing operational performance, coordinating with multiple teams, and preparing clear reports for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct P&L analysis across multiple departments to track profitability, costs, and overall business performance.
  • Coordinate with finance, sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
  • Prepare business performance reports, summaries, and insights for senior management.
  • Track key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Support budgeting, cost analysis, revenue tracking, and expense monitoring activities.
  • Assist in streamlining internal processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Follow up with relevant departments to ensure assigned tasks, reports, and action items are completed on time.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to business operations.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve performance.
  • Support both strategic planning initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in business operations, financial analysis, reporting, accounts, procurement, or a similar role will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of P&L analysis, cost tracking, business reporting, and operational performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and manage follow-ups effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work onsite during night shift hours.
