Retail Sales Representative

Resource Linked is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join its retail team. In this role, you engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate product information, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience. You represent the company by maintaining thorough knowledge of all products and demonstrating excellent communication skills. Although this role does not involve managing a team, you collaborate closely with colleagues and store leadership to execute sales strategies and maintain high retail standards. Your daily duties include assisting with inventory management, utilizing point-of-sale systems efficiently, and keeping product displays attractive and organized. The ideal candidate combines a proactive mindset with at least two years of retail experience and familiarity with retail technology to contribute effectively to the stores overall success.

• Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing product displays, and reporting low stock to management.
• Keep the store environment clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership to implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to offer relevant advice and suggestions.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality as required.
