WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

PRIORITY GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH DIGITAL SERVICES SALES EXPERIENCE. We are looking for people who understand what they're selling. If you have experience pitching websites, SEO, social media, digital marketing, or SaaS — you will move to the top of our list. Candidates with no sales experience at all will not be considered.

• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or telemarketing experience — digital services, SaaS, or agency experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to sell intangible products (services, software, subscriptions) over the phone
• Strong spoken English — clear, confident, and professional for Australian business audiences
• Solid understanding of at least some of the services we offer (websites, SEO, paid ads, automation)
• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven — you don't need hand-holding
• Comfortable with rejection and skilled at objection handling
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're building a high-performance outbound sales team in Pakistan to target Australian businesses. This is a real sales career — not a call centre job. You'll be representing premium digital and AI services to decision-makers, booking discovery calls, and directly contributing to company revenue.

Top performers convert to permanent roles and grow into senior sales, team lead, and strategy positions.

Make outbound cold calls to small and medium businesses using targeted lead data

Pitch Cimple Tech's digital marketing and AI technology services

Qualify leads and book discovery calls for senior consultants

Follow up via email and maintain accurate CRM records

Hit weekly KPIs for dials, conversations, and booked appointments
