Sales Representative

Forge Global LLP is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on identifying potential customers, generating leads, and developing strong relationships to drive sales growth. You will engage with prospective clients, qualify leads based on their needs, and communicate the value of our products and services effectively. This entry-level position requires at least one year of relevant experience and strong English speaking skills to interact with a diverse customer base. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in contributing to the company's revenue goals by actively prospecting new business opportunities and maintaining positive client interactions. You will work collaboratively with your team to monitor sales targets and report progress, though this role does not involve managing any team members. Success in this role depends on your ability to prioritize tasks, clearly communicate product benefits, and manage customer relationships professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
 

• Identify potential customers through sales prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Engage with leads to understand their needs and qualify prospects for sales readiness.
• Present and explain products and services to prospective customers to generate interest.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up promptly with leads to address questions, provide additional information, and move the sales process forward.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Communicate clearly and effectively using strong English language skills to build rapport with potential clients.

• Participate in sales training programs to continuously improve selling techniques and product knowledge.
