Fiverr Chat Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Fiverr Chat Support Representative to assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent client support. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client messages promptly and professionally on Fiverr.
• Answer questions regarding services, orders, and project requirements.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients and assist in resolving issues.
• Keep accurate records of communications and orders.

Requirements:

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Fiverr is a plus but not required.
