Zeal International is seeking a motivated Front Sales Executive specializing in eBook products to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires a professional who excels in customer relationship management and lead generation to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of our eBook offerings. With a minimum of two years of relevant sales experience, the candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships while leading a small sales team comprising two members to achieve sales targets. The Front Sales Executive will actively engage with prospective clients via various channels, including email marketing, to promote eBook solutions. Time management skills are essential to coordinate multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently. The candidate will also leverage deep product knowledge to address customer inquiries and tailor solutions that meet client needs. Leading a team of two requires basic supervisory capabilities, coaching, and collaboration to enhance overall team performance and contribute to the wider objectives of Zeal International Training Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline for eBook products.
  • Conduct engaging and informative presentations that clearly communicate the features and benefits of eBooks.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to handle multiple client interactions and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a sales team of two members to ensure consistent achievement of individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and sales.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to address customer needs confidently and accurately.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive buying experience and long-term client retention.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures while adhering to ethical standards.
