Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a skilled Corporate Sales Professional with a strong background in healthcare industry sales to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on identifying and securing new corporate clients while managing and nurturing existing accounts to achieve sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and has 3 to 5 years of experience driving corporate sales within the healthcare sector. This position demands excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills along with a robust corporate network and expertise in business development strategies. As a Corporate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating service agreements, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets. While this role does not involve direct team management, the candidate must excel in client relationship management and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to support the overall growth objectives of Chughtai Healthcare. The role requires proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and Salesforce Lightning, as well as skills in market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and secure new corporate clients through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
  • Manage and grow existing corporate accounts by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate service agreements that align with both client expectations and company goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM software, including Salesforce and Salesforce Lightning, to track sales activities, manage client information, and maintain robust pipelines.
  • Facilitate client onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and address client requirements promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve overall sales performance.
  • Maintain a strong corporate network and engage in regular business development efforts to expand market presence.
