Job Requirements:

• Experience in selling services (e.g., software, insurance, online education, training programs, events). Product sales experience will not be considered.
• Excellent communication and English fluency (spoken and written).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell our range of courses to prospective clients.
• Make high-volume calls to maximize engagement and set appointments.
• Use CRM tools, handle objections, and create compelling presentations/emails tailored to each course.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: QAR 2,000 (with the possibility of an increase up to QAR 5,000 within a couple of months, subject to performance)
• Settling Down Allowance: QR 1,000 (for the first 3 months)
• Commission: 10%, Average Salesperson: QR 5,000 to QR 8,000 per month. Top Salespeople: QR 15,000 to QR 20,000 per month (With Commissions)
