Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via chat and other digital communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.
- Promote products or services effectively to interested customers to drive sales.
- Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain positive and lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets while continuously improving performance.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally through chat.
- Basic computer literacy, including typing skills and familiarity with digital platforms.
- Interest in online sales and a willingness to learn new sales techniques.
- Confidence, consistency, and a proactive attitude toward work.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with no prior experience but a strong desire to build a career in sales.
