CSR / PROJECT MANAGER

KGT Global Software House is looking for a skilled and motivated CSR / Project Manager to join our team in Karachi.

Location: Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for our international clients, manage projects from start to finish, coordinate with internal teams, and identify upselling opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and handle their queries, concerns, and support requests.
• Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Handle Fiverr inquiries, proposals, quotations, and orders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Identify upselling opportunities and convert them into additional business.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Hands-on experience with Fiverr and international clients.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in upselling, client handling, and project coordination.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in a software house or digital agency is preferred.
