Ecommerce Specialist

Shiwantek is looking for an experienced, target-driven Ecommerce Automation Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential clients through social media, and close sales for our ecommerce automation and management services.

The ideal candidate must have strong sales and communication skills, a solid understanding of ecommerce business models, and the ability to own a target through social media marketing and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads through social media platforms and online channels.
• Engage potential clients, understand their business goals, and recommend suitable ecommerce solutions.
• Sell ecommerce automation and store management services to clients, primarily in the US market.
• Manage sales conversations, follow up with prospects, conduct consultations, and close deals.
• Develop and execute social media sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in ecommerce services, automation, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces, specifically:
• Amazon
• Walmart Marketplace
• TikTok Shop
• Etsy
• eBay
• Shopify
• Experience generating leads and closing deals through social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Understanding of ecommerce business models, including Wholesale, Dropshipping, White Label, Private Label, and Digital Products.
• Ability to work independently, manage prospects, and consistently achieve sales goals.
   

Location: 3 Talwaar, Clifton (On-site)

Shift: 9 pm - 6 am.
