ABS International is hiring Sales Executives for our US logistics sales division.

The Organisation
Established in 2009, ABS International operates as a direct US Principal across the logistics and transportation sector. We own our brands, our client relationships, and our revenue operations independently. In fifteen consecutive years of operations, our payroll has been disbursed on the same fixed date every single month — without a single exception.

The Opportunity
This is not a scripted calling role.
This is a relationship-building opportunity in the US logistics market. You will be identifying and reaching out to dealerships and business owners across the United States, introducing our logistics services, onboarding them as long-term clients, and earning a percentage of every transaction they bring to us for as long as that relationship exists.

The platform is built. The market is established. What we are looking for is the person to develop it.

Every client you onboard becomes part of your long-term book of business. The commission does not reset. It compounds.

Earnings Structure
Base Salary Competitive fixed monthly base
Attendance Allowance PKR 3,000 per month
Commission Direct percentage of all business generated through your client relationships recurring, uncapped
Average Performer PKR 150,000+ per month
Top Performers PKR 300,000+ per month after building an established client base
Annual Leave 15 days fully paid

The earning trajectory here is not determined by a cap. It is determined by the size of the client base you build and maintain.

The Role Day to Day
Outbound cold calling to US-based dealerships and logistics businesses. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Onboarding new clients onto our platform and managing the relationship through their active business lifecycle. Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline with full visibility on your accounts. Working within a structured, professional sales environment with defined targets and daily performance coaching.

Candidate Requirements
One to two years of outbound cold calling or B2B sales experience is required — US-facing BPO backgrounds are strongly preferred. Fluent professional English is non-negotiable for direct daily interaction with US business owners and dealership contacts. A self-directed, commercially driven professional who builds relationships with precision and manages their accounts independently. Specific performance figures from previous roles will be requested during the screening process.
