Hiring: Store Manager – Luxury Retail

Location: Al-Habib Arcade, Khayaban-e-iqbal, 3 Talwar, Clifton, Karachi

SS Alliance is looking for a highly professional and experienced Store Manager for our premium retail venture operating under Pakistan Cigar Club.

About Us

SS Alliance is the exclusive distributor of Cuban & New World Cigars in Pakistan.

Under SS Alliance, Pakistan Cigar Club operates as an exclusive premium membership lounge, while Casa Tabac serves as our luxury retail venture catering to high-end clientele.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has Expertise In:

- Inventory & stock management

- Backend operations & record-keeping

- Cash handling & banking coordination

- Staff supervision, training & discipline management

- Luxury retail customer dealing & sales techniques

- Demand generation & retail sales planning

- SOP implementation & compliance

- Handling customer/store operational issues professionally

- Managing both front-end and back-end retail store responsibilities efficiently

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Luxury Retail, Premium Sales, Retail Operations, or Store Management is mandatory

- Strong communication & leadership skills

- Professional personality with customer handling expertise

- Ability to manage store operations independently

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Rs. 80,000 – 100,000 (at joining)

Salary increase after 3-month probation based on performance
