Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer for a Remote Contractual role.
You will focus on building AI-driven voice bots, integrating advanced speech technologies, and embedding LLMs into scalable AI products.
Hands-on experience with Voice Bots, STT (Speech-to-Text), TTS (Text-to-Speech), and LLMs is mandatory.

Experience with Real-Time Voice Bots and Multi-tenant SaaS platforms is a strong plus.

This role is ideal for technically strong engineers who are passionate about voice AI, LLM-based systems, and building real-world scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI models powering voice bots and conversational agents.
Integrate Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies for voice interactions.
Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enhanced intelligence.
Architect and optimize AI systems within multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Ensure AI models meet standards of scalability, security, and low-latency performance.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture, deployments, and improvements.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in AI, LLMs, and voice technologies.

Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of professional AI/ML engineering experience.
3+ years of professional LLM experience.
Proven experience with:
Voice Bot development.
Speech-to-Text (STT) systems.
Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems.
Large Language Model (LLM) integration and fine-tuning.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain LanGraph.
Experience deploying AI models using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of building scalable, production-grade AI systems.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience working on Real-Time Voice Bots (low-latency conversational agents).
Experience building or working with Multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Experience hosting LLMs or speech models offline.
Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or compliance-driven application development.
Exposure to agentic AI systems and intelligent automation solutions.
