Mughal Rice is a leading rice processing company focused on sustainable growth. We’re building an in-house energy team to optimize electricity use and guide our solar expansion projects.

What You’ll Do

~ Monitor & Analyze energy use across factories and homes

~ Plan Solar PV systems (80 – 100 kW+) and hybrid battery setups

~ Review Bills & Net Metering to cut costs and maximize credits

~ Build Simple Finance Models (payback, ROI) for solar builds

~ Work with Teams (engineers, finance, vendors) to roll out projects

What We’re Looking For

~ Degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering or similar

~ 3+ years’ experience in energy management or solar projects

~ Solid grasp of electrical basics (kW, kVA, voltage), billing and net metering

~ Familiarity with battery storage systems

~ Clear communicator who can turn data into action

Nice to Have (not required):

~ Any energy-related certification (e.g. CEM)

~ Prior work in manufacturing or residential solar
