We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-focused CNC Programming Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Mastercam (version C and above), CNC machining technologies (3+2, 5-axis, milling, turning, drilling), and CAD/CAM systems such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or Fusion 360. You will be responsible for creating NC programs from 3D models or technical drawings, optimizing cutting parameters, and supporting tool setup, debugging, and machine testing. A solid understanding of G-codes, post processors, and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) is essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, with the ability to read process sheets and technical drawings. Attention to detail, accountability, and strong collaboration with process engineers and operators are key to success in this role. Additional training in CAD/CAM systems is a plus.
