The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating leads organically—not only through SEO and content but also by leveraging freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour to identify and attract potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute organic lead generation strategies across digital channels and freelance marketplaces.
Identify, bid, and respond to relevant projects and job posts on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
Build and optimize professional profiles on freelance websites to improve visibility and conversion.
Drive traffic through content marketing, SEO, social media, and community engagement.
Create compelling proposals and follow-up sequences to convert leads from freelance platforms.
Analyze trends, keywords, and client behavior to target high-potential leads.
Monitor and report on performance metrics including lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
Work closely with the sales and business development team to ensure smooth hand-off and lead nurturing.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing and organic lead generation.

Role Overview - Engineering Manager

We are looking to hire an Engineering Manager to lead the technical development and execution of WhizPay. This role requires a highly capable individual with strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and a background in blockchain and fintech infrastructure. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of coordination between engineering, product, and technical partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end development of the product across backend, infrastructure, and integrations.
Manage a team of engineers, driving performance, code quality, and timely delivery.
Oversee infrastructure, codebase management, CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with the CTO on architectural decisions and long-term technical planning.
Manage technical relationships and integrations with third-party providers (wallet APIs, stablecoin infrastructure, off-ramps, etc.).
Translate business requirements into technical specifications in coordination with product leadership.
Establish and enforce engineering best practices, security standards, and operational excellence.

Required Experience

Prior experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead in a fast-paced startup environment.
Hands-on expertise in building and scaling blockchain-based systems and custodial/non-custodial wallets.
Strong fintech experience with both B2B and B2C products, including payments, ACH/SEPA, FX, card issuing, or stablecoin solutions.
Proficiency with modern backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
Deep understanding of secure and compliant fintech architectures.
Experience leading small, high-performing teams and participating in engineering hiring processes.
Strong knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and audience targeting.
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently during night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
Preferred Skills:

Experience in creating high-converting proposals and project bids.
Understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
Familiarity with cold outreach tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Basic HTML/CSS or WordPress knowledge is a bonus.
