Regional Manager (Male)-Karachi

Moonlight Publishers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the Karachi region.

Qualification

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a relevant field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in the publishing, education, bookselling, school network, or related industry will be preferred.
• Strong exposure to institutional sales, school visits, dealer/distributor management, and business development will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure continuous business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, distributors, dealers, and key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence across Karachi.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the regional sales team.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide competitor and market insights.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and regional growth plans.
• Ensure timely recovery of payments and effective management of customer accounts.

• Good knowledge of the Karachi education and publishing market.

• Strong planning, reporting, and relationship-management abilities.
• Hands-on experience using marketing team management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
