Product Manager – Business Development

Location: Super Highway, Site II, Karachi

Role:
We're looking for a results-driven Product Manager – Business Development to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and own the end-to-end product pipeline — from identifying market demand through regulatory approval to product launch.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full product pipeline: demand identification, feasibility, regulatory approval, and launch
• Manage DRAP registration, licensing, renewals, and compliance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and export markets
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and B2B clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Arrange and coordinate marketing activities to support product launches and brand visibility
• Coordinate with R&D/production for on-time product launches
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Pharm D required; MBA (Marketing) preferred
• 3-5+ years in business development, product management, or B2B sales
• Hands-on experience with DRAP registration and regulatory compliance
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience in nutraceuticals, pharma, or FMCG is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
