Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, responsible for managing and growing Ahsan ul Kalam’s online sales channels. This role oversees ecommerce operations and Sales, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination on company websites and marketplaces. The Ecommerce Manager monitors website performance, analyzes sales data, and optimizes user experience to increase conversions and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing and sales teams, planning digital campaigns, managing online customer queries, and ensuring accurate product content. The role also involves tracking competitor activity, implementing ecommerce best practices, and reporting performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online stores or marketplaces and driving revenue growth.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior, and translate insights into actions.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, or marketplace seller portals) and basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Candidates must have at least minimum of 3 to 5 years of Experience
• Applicants must have three to five years of experience working for any production company.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
