Foods Inn is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to excellence in the restaurant industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Delivery Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day home delivery operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators including delivery time, order completion rates, cancellations, closing issues, and delivery costs.
• Supervise rider performance, dispatch activities, route planning, and delivery zone management to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation, proper packaging, and smooth delivery handover.
• Monitor rider fleets, safety equipment, and maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members through regular feedback and performance reviews to support their growth.
• Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled through hiring within approved headcount and budget.
• Review customer feedback, operational reports, and analyses shared by Accounts and HR to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming standards, and compliance with SOPs and company policies across home delivery operations.
• Verify departmental checklists, provide timely updates to management, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Intermediate accepted with strong experience).
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant dining operations.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality management, guest service, menu planning, and food safety standards.
• Proven experience in team training, performance management, and staff development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and scheduling.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
