Fulcrum is looking for an experienced and results-driven 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 - 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 to lead company-wide operations and drive business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐇𝐑, 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐈𝐓, 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 & 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Develop and execute operational and business strategies

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency

• Strengthen supply chain, inventory, and distribution performance

• Ensure effective ERP/MIS utilization and process improvements

• Build high-performing teams and a culture of accountability

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

✔ MBA / CA / ACCA / ACMA / Engineering or equivalent qualification

✔ 15+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

✔ 5+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞

✔ 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬, 𝐇𝐕𝐀𝐂, 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝

✔ Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and decision-making skills
