Handpik.ai is an AI-powered fashion search platform that aggregates Pakistani apparel brands in one place. Shoppers search once and see matching products across dozens of brands; we send them straight to the brand's own store. We're at ~30K monthly visitors and growing, and brand partnerships are now the core driver of the business.

The role
You'll own the brand side of the marketplace: finding fashion brands, pitching them, getting them signed as partners, and getting them live on the platform. Think of the role that onboards sellers at Daraz, restaurants at Foodpanda, or brands at Laam and Vouch365 — that's this, for fashion.

What you'll do

• Build and work a pipeline of Pakistani apparel brands (established and emerging)
• Pitch Handpik to founders, marketing heads, and e-commerce managers; run the full cycle from first contact to signed partnership
• Onboard signed brands: coordinate catalogue/feed access, listing setup, and go-live with our tech team
• Manage ongoing brand relationships — performance check-ins, upsells, renewals, and issue resolution
• Feed market intelligence back to product and marketing (what brands want, objections, pricing signals)
• Hit monthly targets on brands contacted, signed, and live

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a brand/seller/partner onboarding or partnerships role at a marketplace, aggregator, or platform (e.g. Daraz, Foodpanda, Laam, Vouch365, or similar)
• Proven record of personally closing and onboarding partners — you'll be asked for numbers
• Existing relationships in Pakistan's fashion / e-commerce ecosystem is a strong plus
• Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person meetings, and long follow-up cycles
• Strong written and spoken English and Urdu
• Organised: you keep a CRM/sheet clean without being reminded

Nice to have

• Fashion or D2C brand-side experience
• Familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce catalogues and product feeds
• Basic understanding of performance marketing (Meta/Instagram)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
