Location: Karachi

We are hiring an experienced Perfume Sales Manager for our client, a growing fragrance retail business based in Karachi.

Role Overview

Lead and grow perfume retail sales by managing store performance, building a high-performing sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in the fragrance category.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and annual sales targets for perfume and fragrance products
• Manage day-to-day retail operations and ensure high visual merchandising standards
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximise conversion and average transaction value
• Develop deep product knowledge of perfume brands, notes, concentrations, and customer preferences
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver personalised fragrance consultations
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product performance; coordinate with purchasing
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to grow revenue
• Maintain excellent store presentation and ensure compliance with brand standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to protect brand reputation

Requirements

• Proven experience in perfume / fragrance retail sales (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of perfume categories, major brands, and fragrance families
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills
• Ability to lead and coach a team to achieve targets
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu
• Target-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasons
