Job Description

Recruit AI is looking for a results-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 3 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the banking sector or a recruitment/executive search firm serving banking clients. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across multiple banking functions and requires experience in hiring for executive to senior management roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to engage confidently with senior professionals, and a comprehensive understanding of banking functions such as branch banking, corporate banking, risk, compliance, operations, IT, and digital banking. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. The candidate must be adept at building strong candidate pipelines for niche roles, maintaining accurate recruitment tracking, and staying informed on market trends. Although the role does not require managing a team, it demands effective coordination with hiring managers and senior business leaders to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and successful closure of positions.
  • Support hiring for executive to senior management positions across diverse banking functions such as branch banking, corporate banking, risk management, compliance, operations, information technology, and digital banking.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand the role requirements, competencies, and desired hiring timelines.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, direct sourcing, and market mapping techniques.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening to shortlist suitable profiles and coordinate interview schedules ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines catering to current and future hiring needs, with a focus on niche and hard-to-fill banking roles.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports to provide timely updates and facilitate efficient management of requisitions.
  • Coordinate offer finalization, prepare necessary documentation, and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely onboarding.
  • Monitor banking sector talent trends, competitor hiring activities, and market developments to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
