Recruit AI is looking for a results-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 3 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the banking sector or a recruitment/executive search firm serving banking clients. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across multiple banking functions and requires experience in hiring for executive to senior management roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to engage confidently with senior professionals, and a comprehensive understanding of banking functions such as branch banking, corporate banking, risk, compliance, operations, IT, and digital banking. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. The candidate must be adept at building strong candidate pipelines for niche roles, maintaining accurate recruitment tracking, and staying informed on market trends. Although the role does not require managing a team, it demands effective coordination with hiring managers and senior business leaders to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
