Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities. The coordinator helps organize recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers with necessary documentation. The role also involves assisting with benefits administration, attendance and leave tracking, and handling employee queries in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Human Resources Coordinator collaborates with the HR team on policy implementation, HR reporting, and staff engagement initiatives to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes.
Qualifications
 

  • Candidates should possess strong HR administration and coordination skills, including handling employee records, documentation, and HRIS data entry.
  • Candidates should possess skills in recruitment support such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Candidates should possess skills in employee relations and communication, including responding to HR inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and building positive working relationships.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments accurately.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR systems or databases to support reporting and documentation.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of fundamental HR practices, policies, and labor regulations relevant to the local context.
  • Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
