Property Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for talented Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls, qualifying leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads from property portals and other sources
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and site visits
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Passion for real estate and sales
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Prior real estate experience is a plus (freshers can also apply)
