Job Description

Amtex Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily online sales operations across multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and others. This on-site position involves managing all aspects of e-commerce accounts to ensure efficient processing of orders, inventory management, and seamless coordination with logistics teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong ownership mindset, structured thinking, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. This role manages a small team of one and requires a proactive professional who is eager to learn and contribute to the growth of the company’s online presence. The successful candidate will work closely with digital marketing and customer experience teams to monitor account health, optimize product listings, and implement strategies to improve SEO and overall sales performance. This position is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals with a bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record. Candidates should possess working knowledge of e-commerce platform management, data analysis, inventory control, and have proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities
 

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce accounts across multiple platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop to ensure smooth functionality and order fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations by closely monitoring inventory data and coordinating replenishment.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders while resolving any issues that arise during the process.
• Maintain and update product listings with accurate information, images, and descriptions to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
• Monitor account health metrics and performance indicators to identify areas needing improvement and to maintain compliance with platform policies.
• Analyze sales data and generate detailed reports to support decision-making and strategy development for e-commerce growth.
• Implement digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO to increase product visibility and drive organic traffic to e-commerce listings.
• Train, supervise, and support a small operations team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring accountability in daily tasks.
• Develop and execute process improvements to optimize efficiency across e-commerce operations including order processing and customer communication.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, orders, and logistics to ensure transparency and effective tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with broader company goals and market trends.
• Continuously research best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce operations to keep the company competitive and innovative.
