Responsibilities
 

• Manage and optimize product listings on the eBay platform to improve visibility and sales conversion rates.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain stock accuracy and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Handle customer service interactions professionally, resolving inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Monitor eBay account metrics including sales performance, customer satisfaction scores, and compliance with platform policies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate ecommerce activities and implement sales optimization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to eBay's seller standards and resolve any policy-related issues promptly to maintain a good account standing.
• Contribute to the development and execution of ecommerce strategies that align with company objectives and maximize revenue.
