Hospital Supply Corporation is looking for a “Recovery Officer” in their Recovery Department for overseeing the effective and timely recovery of payments from customers & institutions nationwide based at Karachi Head Office.

Job Description:

• Timely collection of payments from customers in order to meet the monthly collection target and timely submission of all payments in account department.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly recovery performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordination with department head’s for recovery of all outstanding payments including earnest money.
• Ensure proper documentation of all recovery actions in systems and provide timely feedback to your reporting manager regarding market problems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for senior management and analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with 5 years of relevant experience with proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting tools, and CRM systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet aggressive targets & strong follow-up with the customers.
• Sound knowledge of credit, legal processes, and recovery techniques.
• Strong follow-up and effective handling of internal & external customers.
